Furnishing in Focus (FIF) will be showcasing Australian manufacturing at its finest for its 2017 show.

Opening doors to endless creative opportunities, the trade only exhibition is where individuality and Australian quality combine to satisfy customer expectations.
The show will launch on Thursday the 4th and Friday the 5th of May at Melbourne’s Convention and Exhibition Centre.
FIF is set to reveal only the very latest fabric and leather trends from the nation’s best furniture makers. Manufacturing exhibitors include Charles Parsons, James Dunlop, Leather Italia, Mokum NSW Leather, Profile Fabrics, Warwick Fabrics and Zepel, all bringing the latest in world trends.
FIF will give Australian retailers, interior designers and commercial buyers the best possible choices to delight as well as furnishing ideas to fascinate.
Sponsored by the Australian Made organisation the show is ample proof of the confidence that can be placed on Australian products and its promising future. New Australian Government labelling laws introduced last year means a recent upsurge in consumer awareness has taken place.
All exhibitors and visitors are invited to attend a night of informal drinks, nibbles and live music on-site. This will take place on the introduction night of Thursday evening from 5-8pm as the exhibition continues.
The esteemed Furniture ‘Vice Award’ is set to be announced during the night, acknowledging individuals who have made long term contributions to the Australian furniture industry. Founded in 1993 by Warwick Fabrics, the award has since honoured thirty of Australia’s great industry identities.
The show is set to be one the most significant ‘trade only’ shows for Australian furniture. Exhibitors and visitors will get a quality display of the advantages of buying Australian.
