Where do you see the future of Australian furniture manufacturing heading?

The model to move production off shore may be the appropriate model for some business, at Workspace we think differently. We understand that investment in Australian manufacturing has a major benefit for our clients, their clients and our business stakeholders. Our international partnerships (as opposed to distributorships) allow us the best of international design and Australian manufacturing. Australia has a strong and a highly effective manufacturing base that can achieve quality outputs. Our model is to support our Australian manufacturing to ensure value, solutions and choice. Workspace is actively working with the Australian Made to ensure that our products bear the Australian made logo, and importantly represent our commitment to Australian design, investment in manufacturing and local employment.

What is your competitive edge?

Workspace Commercial Furniture will continue to invest in sustainable and innovative Australian manufacturing to ensure our quality, lead time and price provide our clients with the best value, solutions and choice in the market. We will empower our employees to add value to themselves and our client’s experience.
