Designed by award-winning architects SJB, the building will be situated in Sydney’s popular and fast growing suburb of Waterloo, only 4 kilometres out of Sydney central. Three eight, and one 20 storey high buildings will host the 331 apartments overlooking dense greenery and stunning water gardens. The four apartment blocks will be interconnected by open air bridges serving as viewing points.
Inspired by nature, Waterfall is dedicated to be an oasis within suburbia and aims to act as a safe haven away from busy suburban life. Natural elements such as trees, plants, water gardens and manmade waterfalls combine with modern finishes and structures to create a luxurious sanctuary.
The interior of the apartments reflects the exterior. A focus toward natural finishes such as timber and stone have been elegantly executed.
The facilities at the site are extensive and indulgent. It seems clear SJB architects have put a focus on relaxation for owners and occupiers that sits high on the list of priorities, fulfilling a gap in the market.
Residents can enjoy leisure at home with a rooftop infinity pool, terrace and sky garden as well as ground level water gardens, a floating cantilevered gym, retail outlets, music and function rooms.
Building is set finish in 2020 so head to the website to register your interest and find out more http://waterfallbycrowngroup.com.au/
